HTMA — emailed instructions, no physical kit

No physical kit is shipped. Collection instructions and your laboratory submission form are emailed after checkout. You provide your own mailing materials and pay the carrier to send your sample to the laboratory. Sample postage is not included in the test price.

Laboratory and mailing address

Follow the collection and packaging instructions emailed with your order, and include your completed submission form. Mail directly to:

US samples are domestic shipments; no customs form is required. Tracking is optional but strongly recommended. You are responsible for ensuring your sample reaches the laboratory. Carrier prices and delivery times depend on the service you choose.

Results timing

Results are typically sent to us 10–14 days after the lab receives your sample, and we will contact you once they arrive. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and excludes the time you take to collect the sample and mail it. Custom interpretation and Premium video services are prepared after the laboratory results arrive.

US order eligibility

We do not accept orders from residents of New York, New Jersey or Rhode Island, or orders with laboratory paperwork or mailing addresses in those states. An ineligible order will be cancelled and refunded in full without an administration fee. See Terms of Service, clause 4.3.
